INFOMINA Bhd has received a RM14.1 million contract to provide technology application and infrastructure operations, maintenance and support services to PT Bank Maybank Indonesia TBK.
In a stock exchange filing yesterday, the regional technology solutions provider said its subsidiary, PT Infomina Solution Indonesia (Infomina ID), received the five-year contract starting from Nov 30, 2022, to Nov 29, 2027.
Infomina MD Yee Chee Meng said the contract marks a significant milestone for the company as it represents the maiden contract secured by Infomina in Indonesia.
This, he said, demonstrates Infomina’s close working relationship with Broadcom Inc as its regional partner in the region which covers Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Yee said the contract will further add to the company’s outstanding orderbook, which has increased to over RM500 million.
“This is truly a fantastic achievement that will kickstart the expansion of our footprint in Indonesia. Over the near term, we look forward to more such wins as we leverage on our superior domain expertise to deliver solutions to our customers in key markets across the region,” he added.
Infomina shares gained one sen, or 0.74%, to close at RM1.37 yesterday, valuing the company at RM824 million. — TMR / pic source: Infomina’s Facebook
